    It's not as if you'd eat a big mac instead of nothing.

    If you have it instead of, for example, a sandwich, it's unlikely to be much difference calorie-wise.

    I picked up one of these last week - on reading the label, it's got more calories than a big mac! (sandwich = 548, bigmac = 508 (according to MaccyD's website))
