I've got a small private pension (defined benefit) that I have to start taking later in the year, but not enough to retire on. I also need to find £150,000 in 5 years in the most tax efficient way. .

Ok, I'll rephrase it. I have the funds for the £150,000 but they are in the company or in a SIPP so they will be taxable. I'm looking for a tax efficient way of getting my money out while leaving options open to adding to a pension without falling foul of the recycling rules.
