You're one of these chavs whose car's value is more than the value of their property right?
      And you're nearly 40. What a loser.
      Hard Brexit now!

I don't spend too much money on depreciating assets.
So where do you live, with your mum?
Or are you paying rent to some BTLler, so he can pay off his mortgage?
Bet you were one of those sad regulars on that housepricecrash forum.
They spent decades whining, while people who bought cashed in.
Although I agree if you didn't buy in the 90s and early noughties, its too late now.

If this Robbie guy is so good at property, why is he running some crappy training classes?
Surely he would be better off making money at property?
                There's one born every day.
Did you know the word "gullible" isn't in the dictionary?

i do live at home actually free digs

it suits me well no need to live in the mess while work goes on

and i only hold one house at a time so no CGT to pay as it`s my main home

my parents do the same so we alternate between property both main homes no mortgages on either

could luck with your high leverage fake wealth

Got no leverage, no mortgages, all paid for. HTH, BIDI.
Meanwhile you carry on living with yer mum

Think I'll through this one back in the water - it's an eager bite but its eyes are dull.
