      Until more and more councils were named and shamed in public if someone gardened the local roundabout or random patch of land, or organised litter picking they were taken apart like this guy. Now councils realise encouraging residents to do things like this saves them money.

      The council is fecking thick. If the guy paints over it they save money from their budget. They should have thanked him in public, given him some certificate and if he used the wrong paint given him a hint so next time he used the right one.
