If all these are accounting or accountant mistakes then why the equation is always

Tax Declared to HO > Tax given to HMRC :

    Not a single case of

Tax given to HMRC > Tax Declared to HO.......

Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.

Well, so we moaned about EU, and brexited from it.
Now we have to go and get deals sorted from Non-EU, and we have approached India, and already we brits have started moaning about its consequences of dealing with Indians now

We brits love moaning about everyone, don't we!

If its a fault to deal with them, don't deal!
Why is it the Indian's fault for UK approaching them for a deal?
If you are worried about it, just simply don't do it!

I'm afraid posts of a sensible nature such as yours, especially when it comes to "bobs", just will not cut it on this forum..!

Any evidence to back that up? Or just your scholarly opinion on the matter?

So long as that's not from Syria & North Africa, then crisis averted.

Would have contributed if the thread was named 'Many more boobs to arrive in the UK...'

What sort of fundamental stupidity makes you think those 2 groups are the same?

We all know how (mostly) useless the Bobs are, surely we can seize this opportunity to fix their screwups (of which there will be many and most bountiful).

Indians used to come on HSMP/TIER1 visas. This route is now closed. Only option left is Tier2 visas (employer sponsored)
Tier2 (ICT) : Visas used by large IT companies to send their staff to the UK. Tier2 ICT cannot lead to settlement.

Tier2 General : Visas issued by UK companies to hire people with rare skills. Only this category can lead to settlement.
