Another mass murder atrocity in France

'Many dead' as lorry hits crowd in Nice - BBC News

Various sources are talking about it being a terrorist attack and pointing fingers at the same groups that perpetrated the attacks last November.

    Very nasty.

Counter-terrorism specialist Margaret Gilmore, from the Royal United Services Institute, says the attack has "all the hallmarks" of being by so-called Islamic State (IS).

*if* it is the work of IS, then how do you counter that? How do you negotiate with people who just want you to die?

      Very sad news.

You don't negotiate. You make sure you kill them earlier.

Just make sure we've got plenty of bullets.

Well, Margaret Gilmore would do better making tea and keep quite. The perpetrator seems to be a 31 year old local man of Tunisian origin and known to the police.
