    I binned Virgin about 3 years ago. When it worked, it worked well, but when it didn't (which was rather too often) you had to go through the whole Bob call centre thingy. Been with Sky ever since and never had to call them once. The added bonus is we pay about about £40 less a month than we paid for Virgin. Although broadband is effectively free thanks to Mrs M's swanky deal with Vodafone
    His heart is in the right place - shame we can't say the same about his brain...
