          Im guessing you missed the part where:

          He helped the US start a holy war and destroy a fair chunk of the middle east in the process.
          Got us hitched into crippling Private Public Finance deals that will probably finish off the NHS
          Got his mate Gordon to sell our gold but not before announcing to the world they would be dumping stock so the that the market tanked and we lost Billions of additional pounds in receipts for selling something that has only boomed since...

              Normally I too would have "burst out laughing" but that was before the Labour and Conservative conferences rolled out succession of "Toy Town" characters with a vision to match.
