The sentence "was not clarified" it's not the same thing of "to be explained".

"Clarified" could be due to an explanation or do a research or both.

"Explained" itself, in this case, doesn't work because the media and the parties are tendentious.

Imagine joining the best Gym in Europe, but actually only being allowed to visit when the other members would say so, when you had a perfectly good Gym at home.

Britain should be punished by its European partners if it votes to leave the EU in order to discourage other countries from leaving, former European ministers have said.

The UK’s House of Lords has been warned that Britain will be made an example of by the European Union, if it votes to quit the bloc in the upcoming referendum.

Furious EU nations will force a draconian Brexit deal on the UK in a bid to deter other countries from leaving, the House of Lords Select Committee, which scrutinises British EU policy, was told in Brussels today (13 January).

So pretty much what everyone was saying would happen if we got a brexit vote.

The EU would act like spoiled children and try and punish us by taking their football home.

And not letting us buy our own football and carry on playing with all our mates just on a different pitch.

              :sigh:

Or would you act like an adult, acknowledge that it was still in your interest, and get on with it.

                Remnants. Spoilt little brats.
What if the member facilities are bedsit in Luton, while the club facilities are 4 bed detached on cote d'azur?

Seems like it's leaver that are the spoilt little brats that want to have the cake and eat it...

Then the members of the cote d'azur club would not mind in the least, would they?

Do try and think out your responses before typing, there's a good chap.

This is an emotional response instead of a rational one.

What punishments are you talking about? Be more specific or stop talking bulltulip.

What is for you when the UK want's to stop the free movement of EU members? I don't want to play the role of a devil EU member but this doesn't make any sense for us at all.

One of the points is that before the vote a number of us in here were concerned that if the vote went to exit then the powers that be in EU would chuck dummies, toys and whatever else they could find out of the pram.

And then turn around and blame the UK for the fact the dummy, toys etc were now on the floor and not in the pram.

And looks like we called it right.
