      Hardly a surprise, is it?

8-3. Bit of a farce. You get different results dependent upon which judge you get.

The SNP will vote against it thereby triggering a Scottish referendum. Love it when a plan comes together.

As there is no precedent for the current situation I wouldn't expect unanimity.
Hence why there's a panel of eminent jurists to discuss and decide.
It's the same principle by which rthe country is governed, through the cabinet, committees and such like as opposed to a being a one person dictatorship
Because the world is not binary despite what some intellectually limited cretins think.
So your expectation was misfounded (again).

11 eminent legal experts who came up with 2 different results.

I would genuinely have preferred 11-0 as there would have been no room for debate.

Is there any limit to your stupidity? Just asking like.

                Oh dear.

You attempted one half sensible post earlier stating you expected unanimity. And you got it wrong. Again.

Is there no end to how many things you can get wrong?

Based on the summary judgement, this is a good outcome for gov't. The lack of unanimity justifies an appeal that they were highly unlikely to win, based on the strength of the Hight Court judgement, and there's no need to consult the devolved administrations. All should proceed as expected, on timetable. Constitutional crisis averted.

                    Please point to that post?
Seems you have problems with English comprehension as well as basic logic.

Good job 8:3 suggests it wasn't as clear so going to court was worthwhile.

However it won't derail Brexit which is what the petitioners hoped as they were obviously sad snowflakes.
