Certainly it is worth trying out doing what they are doing. But I think they will lose out a little by not having some representation from other races or sexualities in their community.
What they are doing provides some counter balance against the pro gay, pro multiculturalism of the rest of Europe, and this can only be a good thing, in my opinion.
