    I know . If you speak only English such contracts are far in between in Europe, so even being put forward is a bit of success.

                Work permits are not easy (legally), pretty sure they do a HSMP/T1G type visa, just rates are are stunningly low, like try http://www.hh.ru (need to be able to read Russian) tax is 30% at first for a period (can't remember for how long), then 10% and you get the balance of 30% back.

                Rates and salaries are quoted in Rbls per month, don't see many contracts though, 99% perm....
