    Blind man tasered in Manchester.

Just as fecking well it wasn't a fully loaded table leg.

Blind man Tasered as cane mistaken for gun in Levenshulme - BBC News

Not forgetting the blind man who got tasered a couple of years ago when the morons mistook his white stick for a samurai sword.

The deaf guy in septic land was lucky, I remember one septic deaf chap who was shot dead as he attempted to get his "I am deaf" card out to show the morons.

A similar thing happened in the US a couple of years ago....

California cops Taser deaf man, beat him into unconsciousness as he tries to use sign language: lawsuit - New York Daily News

Cops in California needlessly tasered a deaf man to the ground and then beat him into unconsciousness, a new lawsuit claims.

Jonathan Meister alleges officers discharged the electric charge into his body after mistaking his attempts to communicate via sign language as aggressive hand signals.

He said an initial review indicated the officer "carried out a suitable risk assessment and, with the information he had available at the time, made what appeared to be an appropriate decision".
He said the 43-year-old man "acknowledged that his behaviour could have led to people being concerned".
I suspect he was being a bit of a tit.
