Indeed most of the time its a woman so not sexist just opportunist.
They keep presenting male as responsible for more speeding offences (nearly twice as many done for speeding than females) omitting to mention they drive twice as far on average than females.

It is disgusting the way Capita treat them and the fact the Beeb can prosecute people when most other debts are a civil matter.
