FFS. Going to be home about ten.
Poole ferry is 15:00 so you'd better hurry. There is a tanker leaving for an unknown destination 18:30 tomorrow if that helps.

Are you telling him that so he misses it? I thought it was 14:45

Anyway, I'll be driving past Pool around about the time the ferry docks.

I'll be in a white van with plenty of space in the back

How much would you pay for me to throw in a large roll of carpet, some Duck(tm) tape and a shovel?
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

Not much fear of the ferry making it to dock.

The harbour is extremely shallow (average depth: 48 cm), with one main dredged channel through the harbour, from the mouth to Holes Bay.

If anyone was going to post about being dredged from the mouth to the holes, it would have to be you.

                  Fook sake.

Got to Poole, some idiot had ordered the cab from Portsmouth.

                  Home 10.15pm. Nice.
