After the success you had predicting the value of Bitcoin at the end of the year, who could possibly doubt you this time?

My prediction that bitcoin would be a success is spot on matey. Back in March of 2017 when it was $500, remember? Anyway... you might get a second chance.... maybe.

Even a stopped clock is right twice a day. You were confidently predicted that BC would reach $100k by the end of last year. It's under $4k now. 96% out.

Predicting financial markets is futile. If you're right, you just got lucky.

BTC will pass that number easily enough. Market sentiment is super low. Am waiting quietly in the trenches to buy more Ethereum,

and only the lucky ones shout about it. You rarely hear from those who got it wrong.

I think it's gonna go up again. $100k is optimistic though as the transaction costs will become a real problem.
What we need are more money launderers, and corrupt civil servants in bongobongoland.

The lightening network is now active on several exchanges, cost of moving bitcoin is falling to fractions of a cent even when volume of transactions per second is up there with VISA levels. Remember this time last year? People were paying $50 to settle a transaction confirmation. The progress that's been made is falling on deaf ears at the minute. Ripple (XRP), the whole argument for its success was super low transaction fees. Bitcoin will just torpedo it out of the market. Just don't tell anyone in the Ripple community, you'll get flamed.

The reason why BTC will fly over $100k is as much to do with what's happening in the world with debt bomb and collapsing financial markets as it is to do with technology development within the crypto space. Pains me to say it, but by the time $100k bitcoin comes, $100k with be the new $50k. When you're dealing with immutable assets like Bitcoin, Gold, the pressure has to go somewhere, and that's price. With Fiat the pressure is to print more.
