    Things to do in London....

Anyone got any recommendations for non drink based entertainment for the evenings, I am in "The City" but don't mind travelling round if it means I can kill a few hours walking round

Open to 7 p.m. if you fancy a walk on a nice evening:

Find a nice restaurant and a good book that or I'd take my camera for a walk.

Travel out of London to somewhere better. Almost anywhere will do (except Slough).
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

          Chinatown nice buffets.

Ring the theatres for late tickets.

          Walk / run the embankment.

Thames commuter clipper down to Greenwich, walk up the hill to the observatory for views over London (and Pokémon chasing) then a short walk to the comedy club for some laughs

IIRC you can combine that with the cable car http://tfl.gov.uk/modes/emirates-air-line/
