    Flippin hurts like buggery. NHS useless - have a few painkillers. Private cortisone injection next on cards I think....

    Anyone else ever have? Apparently its more common when you're over 40 {sigh}
    It'll be posture related. I suffer terribly from a bad shoulder and is aggravated when I work at a computer. Regular breaks & stretching is needed.

      You never known PC could be a very good tennis player, rugby player or weight lifter in his spare time so it's a sports injury...

        Seriously get a massage. Do it today. There'll be a spa not far from you that can accommodate. Once the circulation starts the tendons may start to benefit.

            Anyone wishing to volunteer to refresh the scar should head to Leeds this afternoon.

            NAT's still in Switzerland, but by this afternoon the queue will be so long the end of it will be in Leeds

                  And it takes your mind off the pain for five minutes with the happy ending.

                    Osteopath?
                    Or Chiropractor? Though I think chiropractors might be con merchants to some extent.

                      Go private and have Tommy John surgery. Become a baseball pitcher; earn millions.

                      Your welcome.
