      Thanks to the Tories, HMRC can re-write laws change rules and apply them retrospectively, but to some people you're not allowed to say anything bad about our benevolent dictators.

          Yes, yes but I was asking about powers of arrest. I assume it's just sloppy reporting.

          Looking through previous Loony manifestos, I see a proposal that HMRC should give nectar points to taxpayers. What a great idea - they'd be forgiven much of their dictatorial bullying and being a shower of lying scumbags if we got a few bottles of vino for our troubles.
