Apart from anything else, it's an open invitation for false allegations, which I'm sure a lot of these "historic" abuse claims are.
I do keep saying we need to segment Rape into specific offences with differing minimums just as we do with Fraud & death.Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.Comment
