    May just needs to point out only an economic incompetent would complain the government would leave people needing care with 4 times more money behind than Labour did.

        If you need care, you need to pay for it. So that means either a 5p or so on income tax or some other means of ensuring people have a means of paying..

                You haven't though. When has your taxes ever paid for social care - that's always been a means tested - charged for service from local authorities (going back at least 30 years)
