        why?

        AI + Video surveillance + robot waiters + robot cleaners + robot hoists.

        Only need one or two care assistants for 50 people. Strap them into the hoists and away you go.

                  Actually, this is closer than you think. I went to a BCS lecture at Hertfordshire University a couple of years ago and a care robot was highlighted as a major use case for robotics in the next 10-15 years. Apparently a good proportion of older care home residents enjoy interactions with robots.
