Workload goes down as the rate goes up

Gone up to top end rate for NW and I thought man I'm going to have to work hard to earn that rate...

Turns out the proportionality is reversed as 8 days in I'm still yet to get access to the required environments to even do any work. Reminds me of my Barclays days (although there the rate was awful so perhaps that's an anomaly).

CUK is going to get a lot more of my wisdom over the coming weeks by the sounds of it.

So you don't know what the workload will be like as you haven't (as of yet) been properly set up yet.
