    I think the point is there are generations of people who do not see continually working for a living, building a career and aiming to be completely self sufficient as a necessity - more that work is something you have to do to allow you to continue to sign on.

    In essence they can do what ever and there will always be some one to stop them from ending up homeless and starving.
