Belgian police have "neutralised" a person wearing an explosive belt at a major train station in Brussels, according to reports.

This article shows how the media manipulate people:

Headline, the bit that most people look at:

Man 'wearing explosive belt' shot by police at Brussels Central station
In the article, the bit it seems that most people don't look at:

Police say they are unable to confirm media reports that the suspect was wearing an explosive belt.

But they had the good sense to shoot him anyway. Fake explosive belts seem to be all the rage for the cash-strapped jihadis these days.

Nicolas Van Herrewegen, a railway sorting agent who was in the station as the incident unfolded, said: “I went down to the mezzanine level. Someone was shouting. Then he cried: ‘Allahu Akbar’ and he blew up a trolley.

“I was behind a wall when it exploded. I went down and alerted my colleagues to evacuate everyone. [The suspect] was still around but after that, we didn’t see him.

“It wasn’t exactly a big explosion but the impact was pretty big. People were running away.”
