The debate and votes will be next week. The Tories aren't going to bring down their own gov't though (nor will the DUP for that matter). They may precipitate a leadership contest, but not an election.

To vote in a Labour gov't? It makes no sense. They'd lose their seats, esp. if they were seen to have manufactured an election. They may want a change of leadership, but not a change of gov't. The Queen's Speech is the easy part, which is why it was scheduled regardless. Passing legislation is where it gets difficult.

Assuming all the opposition parties all vote against the government. Maybe Labour will, but I would think the likes of the LibDems would more likely abstain than bring down the government.

                  Queen's Speech leaked.....

'My government is currently in negotiations with the political wing of the 17th Century, which wasn't a good one for kings called Charles, so I intend to live to be 150. '
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

It would be fun to see Korbyn as PM. Then the real whining will start.
