Or they could have 24/7 patrols, change the fire exit procedure, put alarms in every dwelling.
But maybe, just maybe... They have found more bodies than are supposed to be missing in Grenfell so they really wanted to do a body count to see how many came out of the buildings compared with how many should be in the building? Just a suggestion...

Broken fire doors.
Unboxed gas pipes.
Fire wall penetrations.
Etc.
This is the result of Years of turning a blind eye to safety through lack of local government funding.Comment
