      I'm guessing it means too responsive or reactive, in that the slightest twitch means you shoot across two lanes in an instant if on the motorway, or plough into someone's house otherwise!

      Also the tiny steering wheel, which I gather these things have, must make the steering even more dangerous, unstable, and hard to control!
