        Retrospective legislation is quite legal. And even if they weren't, then its the balance outstanding as at 2019 that counts. Of course, the burden falls on the employer(thats the IOM duck for Fred "thicko" bloggs.

          Personally I am upset there was no ban for posting nonsense in professional forums. You cannot answer a straight question.

          The type of coder who when called a big pr1ck (which I should think is very frequently) assumes it is composition when inheritance is clearly meant.
