Default Trump to say Western civilisation is at stake in Warsaw speech

    I think he's a point:

"Holding up Poland as an example of a country ready to defend civilisation, he will warn against the threats of "terrorism and extremism".

Poland's conservative government shares Mr Trump's hostile view of immigration and strong sense of sovereignty."

Western civilisation is at risk if the electorate elect idiots like him.
“We've always defined ourselves by the ability to overcome the impossible. And we count these moments. These moments when we dare to aim higher, to break barriers, to reach for the stars, to make the unknown known. We count these moments as our proudest achievements. But we lost all that. Or perhaps we've just forgotten that we are still pioneers. And we've barely begun. And that our greatest accomplishments cannot be behind us, because our destiny lies above us.”

He only went to Poland because the ruling party agreed to bus in 50 (obviously malleable) people for every constituency in their Parliament
It's the only European country where he'll be met by what seems to be spontaneous cheering crowds

    Bit of an open question.

But why is it wrong for a country to protect it's tradition by not letting in loads of people who do not give a fook about it's tradition?

Especially when clearly they are perfectly able bodied people who maybe should have stayed in their own country to try and build that and make it into a great nation rather than just arriving at some one else's door and expecting them to welcome you with open arms?

When did it become wrong to be proud of the nation you were born in and what it stands for?

It's considered vulgar by the “liberal left” in Britain. You know, those that voted New Labour, but wouldn't dare fess up to it now. There's still fragments left such as Radio Four playing the national anthem when it closes at 1am. Speaking of such things, interestingly, if you pop over to Ireland you'll find they play their national anthem at even the smallest local sports event.

You mean like India when the Brits claimed it as their own?

Ask the Iraqis. They din't even get a chance to answer the door.
