The British are a disgrace. I say that being British. I've never been so embarrassed by our Government's actions. How can so many vacuous individuals be bankrupt of common sense let alone be in a position of power beggars belief. We're the only EU nation to support populist agenda largely fuelled by Murdoch. And too many are too thick to see it. You have to be a fool or an idiot to see anything positive from recent British affairs.Last edited by scooterscot; 23 July 2017, 12:08."Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Not in my name, etc.. do you think 99% of the British public want us jaunting around the world invading countries? No, they would prefer them to concentrate on sorting this mess of a country out first, but that isn't as exciting for PMs as acting the big time Charlie on the world stage which leads to various lucrative posts and speaking engagements afterwards.Comment

Deja Vu - 500 AD all over again
It's not a good time to be British.
The cheap sunny resorts and the stag dos: it's always the Brits who are smashed out of their heads, falling about showing their lower parts (and that's just the girls).
Our whiplash claims exceed all the rest of the known universe combined.
We're on the verge of being banned from some holiday destinations because of high level of fraudulent insurance claims.
Difficult to hold your head up high any more..."Don't part with your illusions; when they are gone you may still exist, but you have ceased to live" Mark TwainComment
