As for austerity, what austerity do you think we have actually had?
Well for a start where does a gender fluid foxkin sit?

I mean who assumes there are only 2 genders?

    I am feeling triggered.

What is racist about stating a fact? Is David Cameron also a racist, because the quote was from him printed in the Guardian.

I'm sorry but not dealing with reality and choosing to tolerate value systems we find abhorrent because it is part of someones culture or religion is why Western society is dying.

There is no moral or merit in using perceived fact to support narrow minded prejudice.

The list of things we tolerate in the name of multiculturalism/tolerance and not being "racist" is quite extensive:

Cruelty to animals - Halal slaughter houses.
            Female genital mutilation
            Suppression of gay rights
            Suppression of women's rights
            Intolerance of other religions
Intolerance of those who choose to leave a religion

One mans perception is another mans facts, you can choose to accept them or not, but reality always has an unpleasant habit of making peoples wishes/feelings/perceptions look ridiculous.

What about Kosher slaughter houses? Many of those points above apply to many religions and cultures including those a lot closer to home than you think...
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

What about them? I was not picking out any particular religion or grouping with the comment. The point was, we have a set of values in the West but when people come from another culture or religion they get a free pass to ignore them.

As with any other mental dissonance/hypocrisy this will have to be resolved one way or the other, no society in history has survived long with multiple competing cultures.

                      covered by the same rules.

                      https://www.gov.uk/guidance/halal-and-kosher-slaughter

however much of our meat is halal by default which seems to avoid this requirement.

You must meet all of the following requirements for halal and kosher religious slaughter:

it must take place in a slaughterhouse (abattoir) approved by the Food Standards Agency (FSA)
it must be done by someone who has a certificate of competence (CoC)
the slaughter must be done in a way that follows Jewish or Islamic religious practice
the meat must be intended for consumption by Jews or Muslims
I have no objection to speaking some religious text over the animal if that makes some people happy but I would prefer the animal to be stunned after all we are all apparently God's creatures regardless of which sales team we listen to.
