    Thanks, this is an option worth investigating.

    Yeah I'd be going bigger. I live in a 1 bed flat, central location, hence why I'm thinking of keeping it (very high rental potential) and I'd be buying a big 2 bed flat with my partner.

    yeah I wouldn't do that.

    okay love and trust and all that stuff but relationships are always a freaking gamble lol (alos why I was thinking about keeping my flat..)
