FFS I'm not a porn star. I'm fairly sure the reason it is a disc in the first place is so weird nosey pervs like the people on this site can't download it from the internet.

Most people who watch porn aren't porn stars either. Are you clinically thick, or simply incapable of forming logical arguments (i.e. did you vote for Brexit?).

If I say I want to look at pictures of my butt. Then someone accuses me of watching porn. Then logically, I, as the owner of said butt, would be the porn star (or at least in the supporting cast).

But I'm not, so, even if you can't follow the logic, just quit asking me about it. It's creepy.

Eh ?? When did this happen ?
Solid state drives so much quicker. My PC takes about 10 s to start. Bit surprised laptops now have no DVD drive tho. All apps in the damn cloud I suppose.

Apart from the secret hidden ones that the government force him to buy.

...or his illegal copy of office to install on his world of Warcraft machine.

Let's face it, he talks garbage, avoids facts or answering technical questions, he's a failed PM or maybe calls himself a "management consultant". Probably voted for Trump, too.

That's right, the discs I want to read contain confidential information (for reasons that should be obvious). Therefore, the government don't allow it to be downloaded from the internet.

                Clear now?

That's why I want to buy a disc drive.

disc drive? When related to computers it's always "disk". Who the fu^£ taught you IT?

Some idiot got confused earlier in the thread and thought that disk meant the really old floppy kind, as opposed to the not quite so old compact discs. He's probably technically right and you seem to be out of date by about 30 years.

Anyway, I changed the spelling to disc for his benefit.
