The end of too drunk to consent

Security footage from nightclub clears USC student of rape | Daily Mail Online

Prosecutors had said that the unnamed woman was too drunk to consent.

A judge dismissed the case on Tuesday saying: 'The alleged victim in this case was the initiator.'

How many men have been found guilty of rape where the woman started it while too drunk to remember anything?

If it wasn't for this sort of thing, poor old Suity would still be virgin...

A decent man never takes advantage of a drunken woman.

You must have appeared decent at some point otherwise you would have been able to do an Iain Beale.

                    No you aren't allowed to.

And for fecksake in lots of the cases that come to court like this both parties where drunk.

I doubt the guy can remember what happened apart from the fact he was able to get it up.
