    Family law gravy train expands

New divorce form 'invites name and shame' of adulterers - BBC News

in most cases, involving a third party adds "conflict and complexity"

In theory, it makes no different to ancillary relief(except one aberration recently which will probably be overturned).

This is the worst thing to happen since form C1A was introduced - "please accuse your man of child abuse so you can get your own way".

Will it pre-populate the co-respondent's name into the spouse name fields on your next divorce form?

Is there space for at least 20 names on the form?

I vote that BP gets a 10 second head start and Mrs BP gets a crossbow.
