I use this recipe but at the end roast them traditional roast potato style. But not with Sunday lunch. Jeera Aloo recipe - Roast potatoes with cumin seeds - My Indian Taste
Marmite sounds a bit disgusting, but I respect the diversity of roast potato techniques.Comment

You stick to getting marmite on your spuds - which actually sounds disgusting and I am a fan of marmite.
Salt and pepper, cooked in goose/duck fat or lard. Never oil.Comment

Garlic, rosemary, salt & pepper, and all coated in goose fat does it for me...His heart is in the right place - shame we can't say the same about his brain...Comment
