    Marmite roast potatoes

Just doing the roast and doing my speciality of marmite roast potatoes. With the exception of mustard, what other really cool tasty things do people add to roasties to make them special?

I use this recipe but at the end roast them traditional roast potato style. But not with Sunday lunch. Jeera Aloo recipe - Roast potatoes with cumin seeds - My Indian Taste

Marmite sounds a bit disgusting, but I respect the diversity of roast potato techniques.

The mem-sahib likes a well-buttered parsnip. Doing them right now - I might also dip mine in the honey.

You stick to getting marmite on your spuds - which actually sounds disgusting and I am a fan of marmite.

Salt and pepper, cooked in goose/duck fat or lard. Never oil.

Do some tulip and leave for 24 hours.

                    Marmite roasties? You're weird...

Garlic, rosemary, salt & pepper, and all coated in goose fat does it for me...
