    It’s in English, but it makes no sense.

    You have stated that houses sell for less than 7% of their asking price, i.e. if a house is on the market for £1,000,000, it sells for under £70,000.

    Possibly what you meant to say is that houses sell within 7% under the asking price, i.e. asking £1,000,000, sells for between £930,000 and £1,000,000
