    Just about anything one searches for on Amazon and then lists by price "High to Low" starts with a few ludicrous five-figure prices.

    Maybe they are just decimal point errors, or maybe there is some other devious reason sellers place them at those prices, not expecting any sales.

    I mean even a spend-thrift Saudi multi-billionaire wouldn't pay £40,000 or something similar I saw the other day for an ordinary looking egg poacher!

        Maybe Amazon should place a warning or something next to a price that is more than ten times the average price for the same item.
