Brexit no-deal could stop Aston Martin production

Brexit no-deal could stop Aston Martin production - BBC News
All new cars in the UK must have Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA) approval, which is valid in the EU.
Without a UK-EU deal, that validity would cease for new cars from March 2019.

How odd. There's no change in the cars but the bureaucrats can stop production. So how do US or Japanese cars get sold in the EU?

        ohhhh nail and head

bureaucrats can make it more difficult, purely to support their own agenda, but then we know the eu cares not a jot about it's citizens.

This is a none story. What they are saying is if the EU don't let us keep the reciprocal arrangement over standard Certificates they won't be able to sell 3000 odd cars to the EU while EVERY ******* CAR ON THE MAINLAND will not be able to be shipped and bought in the UK...

I don't think the EU are going to stop them selling their cars...
