Used to do the A1 to Cambridge. Always a half dozen speed camera flashes on route.
“We've always defined ourselves by the ability to overcome the impossible. And we count these moments. These moments when we dare to aim higher, to break barriers, to reach for the stars, to make the unknown known. We count these moments as our proudest achievements. But we lost all that. Or perhaps we've just forgotten that we are still pioneers. And we've barely begun. And that our greatest accomplishments cannot be behind us, because our destiny lies above us.”

Moffat's great for plenty of overtaking places - again, I guess it's pot luck whether you're stuck behind traffic. Last time I was on the 702 there were some roadworks that took forever to change. The A7 is the most interesting route but does add 20 minutes to the journey.

Completely clear between the M62 and Grantham then it's like Jessops' front window, even more so with the introduction of the average speed cameras.

Fecking right, and hidden behind little rises too. I got whiplash when I tried going down there.
