I think you forgot the 3rd Eastwick witch, Mudskipper.

Anyway, I support their fight for equality. What I don't support is their fight to crush men out of existence.Or to call people sexist for fighting for male equality.

Mudskipper is on my ignore list. I have tried to converse however she has made it clear if she wants my opinion she will give it to me.

I hope she flies off on her broomstick and does not come back.

If I am turned into a toad you know where to place the blame.

But then they take up to several years out to have kids, often want to go back part time, won't travel because of the Children, and want to leave bang on time in order to collect them from childcare.

when its suggested that the husband do an equal share of this, many will turn around and say I don't want that because I want to be the main carer/ensure the little cherub is dealt with exactly how I want to.

Sorry, you can't do both. Make a choice and then don't bleat about that inevitable consequence which is by the time your kid reaches high school and you feel comfortable not being the helicopter over them, you aren't going to be able to return to the workforce and make CEO of FTSE company.

But dare say the above, even as a woman (which I was last I checked) and you are part of the problem, apparently.
Ting is a lot of people who are on the board/in exec positions are often only their because their mates/dad/relative got them the role.

They are normally clueless and quite frankly they could fook off for 5 years and no one would notice.

So a woman taking a few weeks/months off to have a child should not be a barrier.
