These moments when we dare to aim higher, to break barriers, to reach for the stars, to make the unknown known. We count these moments as our proudest achievements. But we lost all that. Uber warns it may not make a profit in IPO documents

Uber, the ride-sharing app and delivery business, has warned it "may not achieve profitability" as it finally released details of its plan to float.

It will list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange, in a deal likely to value the US firm at about $100bn (£76.5bn).

Nothing more than a glorified exit scam for angel investors, that's all this IPO is. The true value of a non-profit making company is $0. Middle class investors in those IPO's will be screaming with rage so many months after the IPO as their investment turns to junk status. Just wait....

Only an idiot would judge this on absolute values... relative comparisons is what makes sense.

No more more boom and bust. This time it's different.
I was miserable and depressed, but CUK turned it all around. Now I'm depressed and miserable.

Uber shares fall on stock market debut

Yesterday BT shares fell to make them worth less than Uber, because the market did not like the £2.7bn profit.
