Uber warns it may not make a profit in IPO documents

Uber, the ride-sharing app and delivery business, has warned it "may not achieve profitability" as it finally released details of its plan to float.

It will list its shares on the New York Stock Exchange, in a deal likely to value the US firm at about $100bn (£76.5bn).

Nothing more than a glorified exit scam for angel investors, that's all this IPO is. The true value of a non-profit making company is $0. Middle class investors in those IPO's will be screaming with rage so many months after the IPO as their investment turns to junk status. Just wait....
