Not a chance in smeg. That's private. But I can give an example. Here is my Centrica trade, which you all know. Currently 111% of original value in fiat terms. The conditions for a sell are not yet met. Watch this space.

If some folks are unable to handle the number of winners I think it says more about them than me to be honest. You can win time after time, you just need to take command of your emotions and stick to the f'kn strategy

The winning strategy is called "buy, hold, pray" look it up.

The number of winners exists within the context of the number of losers that you are too emotional to sell.

Here's an example of someone who can't sell at the top. Remember I said 99% are unable to sell when they've made a positive return.

ATW has seen $60, $55 on his AMD trade - easy profits since his original stake and now we're at $48. What does he do in an overbought market? Buy's more!! Thereby magnifying his losses. Good gwd.

I remember this lecture on the whole psychology of greed and my reaction was, no way, people can't be that stupid. Then I realised I did it myself. Credit to ATW, he's an intelligent guy - everyone in the contractor world is, and he bought into an oversold market but does not realise the top. Now he's thinking I better sell before it goes lower. This is trading with emotion 101.

Very little difference between someone who can't sell at the top and someone who can't admit they're wrong and sell a losing position.

Is it emotional trading or a fragile ego?

Selling a losing position? What does that mean? Why would you? Who does? It makes no sense whatsoever.

It is only a loss when you make it a loss. i.e. people buy in more when it's down in the belief it'll go back up.

We've established that you have them, but that you're too emotional to sell them and admit to them.
