                Many of his pledges have been held up by liberal judges but they wil still be completed.

                Anyways, I don't exactly think the WP is impartial. Did trump not hit its owners companies for 21 billion after 1 tweet yesterday?

                      Exactly the same in the UK, most (non-EU) come here on a study visa, in many cases to join an English language course. Then they simply vanish to Luton or some other "multi-ethinic" city and never return. The UK immigration service then does exactly diddly squat.
