Maybe a short contract in the city?
Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.

Let's face it most of the murders are black on black, just like NY's used to be.
In NY it's clear they've cracked down on the black underclass.
Here Operation Trident seems to have slacked off, if that's money based I don't know.

May and Khan stopped stop and search. It's the only think that works.

Homicide rate round here is historically 5 times that of London, people always bumping their gums about 'uman rights as it's the working class that always get stopped but they are the ones killing themselves.

The courts are also playing their part with revolving doors and the border force with none at all.

New York's murder rate is unusually low atm but ours is climbing sharply, without any will to make hard choices or change of leadership it's going to get a lot worse yet. Nothing will happen until companies start relocating because of it.

If you live in London and work for a bank or pharma consultancy you'll realise that companies are relocating for one reason only.
And it's not the murder rate.

The murder rate in New York is the lowest it's ever been. Basically murder rates in all countries have been dropping. There has been a recent rise and if it continues it might get back up to the levels of 10 years ago.

The misplaced panic about London’s murder rate | British politics | Crime and the law | London | spiked

My "anecdotal" experience which matches the statistics is that London and other cities are much better than they used to be. I miss the spit and sawdust pubs and drunken yobbos you used to see in town centres on Saturday night.
                    I'm alright Jack
