House prices across the UK rose 2.7 per cent in the first three months of 2018, compared with the same period of last year, according to the Halifax house price index.

The average price hit £227,871 in March, the highest on record.
How's that compare with your crypto crap?

And that doesn't include the monthly income.

Crypto market valuation YTD for 2018 is -57%. started at $600bn and currently sitting at a pretty $258bn.

This is what happens when you give 57% of your lambo back:

Don't know. How many people in the UK get paid in USD, or buy their shopping in USD or buy their UK property in USD?

You don't half talk a lot of irrelevant crap.

Touchy subject. Sorry! You just carry on worrying about your Mickey Mouse currency and dream of a jam, tea and biscuits based economy.

Check the land registry's house price index from 1991 to today.

Average price rose from £57k in 1991 to £225k today. Have normal wages risen anywhere near that amount over that time?

What does your trading analysis suggest when you view the first graph?

Like those piling into bitcoin in December 2017, you'd do as well piling into a house purchase now.
Maybe tomorrow, I'll want to settle down. Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on.
