All inclusive holidays that aren't tulip?

I was going to suggest a hotel, but they don't do all-inclusive, there's a bit of aircraft noise and it gets bad reviews.

Separate is my normal 'MO' but hers is 'all inclusive including alcoholic beverages' so I'm going to do it her way this time, but don't want to end up in a tulip hole

Out of interest, why is it such a big deal? Just the ease/feeling of luxury not caring about signing things?
